This service is commonly known as Executive Coaching.

Additional mentorship and instruction for select individuals or groups helps to propagate healthy culture, proven leadership techniques, and shrewd management practices throughout the organization. Our team-building exercises sharpen a group's focus and build cohesion. This is typically referred to as Leadership Development.

We may provide auxiliary services in analysis, diagnosis, repair and/or creation of business processes; implementation and improvement of human and automated systems; and/or development of sound policies and efficient procedures. This work is often called Consulting and may be approached as External Auditing, Systems Engineering, Quality Management, Safety Management, Change Management, Continuous Improvement, and/or Technical Writing.
